You can get a MyChartCentral account by logging into a MyChart account or another online portal where you can see your healthcare information. In the lower left hand corner, you should see a button that will take you to MyChartCentral, where you can create your account.
If you don’t have a MyChart account or an account at another healthcare information portal, or if your account doesn’t have that button, you won’t be able to create a MyChartCentral account right now. That’s because MyChartCentral works best when it can talk to your healthcare organizations securely. We’re adding new organizations all the time, and we hope to be able to help you soon.

If you're having trouble logging into your MyChartCentral account, it's probably because the username or password you're entering doesn't match what we have on file.

First, make sure you have the right username by entering some basic information about yourself here. We'll email you your username once you do.

If you're sure you have the right username, or if you're still having trouble, you can reset your password here.

Because the security of your account is very important to us, we are not able to reset your security questions for you. You can reset your security questions yourself by logging into the healthcare organization that gave you access to MyChartCentral, jumping to MyChartCentral from there, and then changing your questions on the Profile page.
